Orders
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply select the desired product, choose the size and colour, and click on the “Add to Cart” button. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed by 12 pm ET to the fulfillment center will be picked, packed & shipped the same day. Orders after 12 pm ET will either go out the same day or next business day.
For shipping transit time, we offer 2 options:
- Standard ground shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express shipping: 2 business days
In the event we do not fulfill on time, we will upgrade your order to a faster shipping option on our dime to ensure your order is delivered on time.
During busier times such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, shipping processing times may be slightly longer than normal.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the order tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return Aerable underwear?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns on any undies that have been removed from their original packaging or folding.
What if I received an item that is defective or in the wrong size?
We offer online store credit in case of the following:
- The undies you receive are defective or faulty.
- The undies you receive are in the wrong size
In both cases above and within 30 days from receiving the undies, we kindly request that you take a single photo of the defective, faulty, or wrong size shipped item and share it with us via hello@aerablewear.com.
When the items have been inspected and processed, you will receive a credit note by email.
- The store credit you will receive is calculated as the total value of the defective goods or those ones that have been shipped in the wrong size. In cases where a discount was applied to the original order, your store credit will reflect the amount paid after the discount.
- Store credit is issued in an equal-value exchanged currency in CAD. Rest assured; it will be an equal-value gift card from our store.
- All sales are final 30 days after delivery

Product
Are Aerable products safe and suitable for people with sensitive skin and allergies?
Yes, Aerable products are made from naturally and chemically unmodified hypoallergenic materials and are suitable for all skin types, specially sensitive skin.
Research studies investigating the safety and biocompatibility aspects of chitosan never reported intolerance or allergy in individuals and animals. The U.S. FDA has approved chitosan for medical uses such as use in wound dressings and drug encapsulation.
Allergic reactions to shellfish are caused by the protein part of the shellfish, not by the shells. Any residual proteins are eliminated during the preparation and processing of chitosan fiber from crab shell waste.
Are Aerable products sustainable?
Yes. Our products are made from environmentally friendly materials.
Our micromodal fabric is plant-based and naturally processed and recycled. Our micromodal is sourced from the pulp of beech trees in responsibly managed forests. Beech trees are self-seeding plants and renewable resources.
Aerable’s micromodal fabrics are Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified, ensuring that the forest is being managed in a way that preserves biological diversity and benefits the lives of local people and workers, while ensuring it sustains economic viability.
Aerable’s chitosan fabrics are derived from environmentally responsible crab shell waste. This waste is disposed of, which does not fully take advantage of this material and in most cases adds to pollution. The proper utilization of crab shell waste can reduce the potential for environmental contamination and can make the crab shell waste into a valuable material.
How do you ensure the quality of Aerable products?
Aerable products undergo rigorous fabric quality and antimicrobial testing to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. Our products are FSC, OEKO-TEX, and Intertek certified.
We use only the finest materials and manufacturing processes to create durable and comfortable underwear.
How long does the antibacterial and antifungal protection from chitosan last in Aerable underwear?
Based on our technical and laboratory assessments, the antibacterial and antifungal properties of chitosan are retained after 150 washes. We have not observed any deterioration of the antimicrobial properties after.
How does micromodal fabric compare to other materials commonly used in underwear?
Aerable underwear helps with odor control by using micromodal fabric that is incredibly breathable and moisture wicking. Sweat is captured and held by fabrics that absorb moisture. While capturing perspiration, moisture-wicking fabrics go a step further. They push the perspiration to the fabric’s surface where it can evaporate rather than holding onto it, hence eliminating the swampy feeling and keeping a hygienic underwear environment.
To reinforce micromodal’s fabric benefits, chitosan’s antimicrobial superpowers further prevent the overgrowth of odor-causing bacteria and fungi.
